Tan Sri Andrew Sheng (born 1946) is Hong Kong-based Malaysian Chinese banker, academic and commentator. He started his career as an accountant and is now a distinguished fellow of Fung Global Institute, a global think tank based in Hong Kong.

*Janet Yellen PhD from Yale University , Secretary of Finance of USA

Janet Louise Yellen (Born August 13, 1946) is an American economist serving as the 78th United States secretary of the treasury since January 26, 2021. A member of the Democratic Party, she previously served as the 15th chair of the Federal Reserve from 2014 to 2018. Yellen is the first woman to hold each of those posts and the first person to have led the White House Council of Economic Advisers, the Federal Reserve, and the Treasury Department.

She taught as an assistant professor at Harvard University from 1971 until 1976 when she began working for the Federal Reserve Board as an economist from 1977 to 1978, before joining the faculty of the London School of Economics from 1978 to 1980. Yellen is professor emeritus of the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, where she has been a faculty member since 1980 and became the Eugene E. And Catherine M. Trefethen Professor of Business and Professor of Economics.

*Sri Mulyani Indrawati PhD from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign , Finance Minister of Indonesia

Sri Mulyani Indrawati (Born August 26, 1962).  Executive Director of World Bank commencing on June 1, 2010. Executive Director of International Monetary Fund (IMF) in 2002,  she was appointed to serve as the Minister of Finance in 2005. And 2016, as the Minister of Finance.

*Kristalina Georgieva PhD from University of National and World Economy, Sofia.  Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF),

Before joining the IMF, Ms. Georgieva was CEO of the World Bank from January 2017 to September 2019

Kristalina Georgieva (Born in Bulgaria, in 1953), during her academic career, she was visiting fellow at the London School of Economics and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Ms. Georgieva serves on many international panels including as co-Chair of the Global Commission on Adaptation, and as co-chair of the United Nations Secretary-General’s High-Level Panel on Humanitarian Financing. She has authored and co-authored over 100 publications on environmental and economic policy, including textbooks on macro- and microeconomics.

*Agustín Carstens PhD from University of Chicago. Born June  9, 1958 

General Manager of Bank for International Settlements (BIS), Governor of the Bank of Mexico from 2010 to 2017, Deputy Managing Director at the IMF (2003-06). He was Mexico’s finance minister from 2006 to 2009, Mexico’s finance minister from 2006 to 2009.
